Hello, I’m a Sr. Creative Project Manager with solid graphic design skills and 15 years of client-faced nearshore leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams towards the completion of numerous e-learning and digital publishing projects.
I’m a problem-solver: I’m highly motivated to identify, avoid, and overcome problems, risks, and challenges. Due to my nearshore condition, I am driven to generate revenue growth and cost-effective solutions. With my diverse experience as an office director, project manager, team leader, and contractor, I have gained a unique understanding of different perspectives. I can approach any situation with empathy and clarity, and identify the big picture.
I consider myself adaptive and open-minded, qualities that I believe would be inspiring for my team members. As someone with management and leadership roles in nearshore teams, I have learned to embrace change and adapt to new situations fearlessly.
On a personal level, I have been living in a new country and immersing myself in a new culture for the past 25 years. During this time, I also learned three foreign languages, each for a different reason. Additionally, I have been supporting local emerging artists, which has been an exciting journey in terms of social awareness and humanity. I am proud of my intercultural vision, and my experience, both personally and professionally, has taught me to be open to any idea or consideration.
